All products supplied by S.N.H automatically come with a minimum 12 month retailer’s guarantee. Any guarantee periods longer than this quoted on the website for particular products are provided by the manufacturer and are not in any way endorsed or backed by us at S.N.H. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith, we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with S.N.H. Should the manufacturer become insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.

We make every effort to provide accurate information, but errors and omissions are possible. Dimensions and other specifications given on this site are mostly as provided by the manufacturer and may be approximate (sometimes manufacturer-supplied information is contradictory). It is your responsibility to choose a product which suits your needs. Once we have delivered your product, you are responsible for storage and installation. It is also your responsibility to ensure that products are installed correctly and in compliance with current Building Regulations and the I.E.E (Institute of Electrical Engineers) Wiring Regulations. (Please contact your local Building Control Officer to find our how these regulations apply to you.)
If you find any damage or discover that parts are missing or incorrect after delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours. We will not accept liability for any claims for goods which are damaged, incorrect, shortage or with missing parts which are not notified within a reasonable time after the goods were delivered. For damage claims we will require photographic evidence sending and a description of the damage by email.
We will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer due to incorrect items sent, damaged items or faulty goods once installation has commenced. All goods must be thoroughly checked by a responsible person within 24 - 48 hours of receipt after this period it will be deemed that you have accepted your goods.
If a part is missing or damaged will will endevour to get the missing/replacement item sent out as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product has a technical fault, we will on your behalf arrange for the manufacturer to contact you regarding a call out, the manufacturer will then send an engineer out if the product has already been installed, but SNH will NOT be liable for any extra costs this MAY incur.
We will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer due to late deliveries - all times stated on our site are estimates and are in working days. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN ENGINEER/INSTALLER UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR GOODS AND HAVE CHECKED THEM.
