Convesa Cone Top Cowl Stainless Steel 125mm

Convesa Cone Top Cowl Stainless Steel 125mm is designed for use with twin wall, insulated flue pipe with an external diameter of 175mm.

The Convesa Cone Top Cowl Stainless Steel 125mm fits to the top of the flue system and behaves like a traditional chimney pot. Its shaped in such away that it prevents prevailing winds from effecting the flue. Ideal for use on open fires.

This item comes with a FREE Locking Band.

Application

For use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances. eg: woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boiler and any solid fuel appliances.

Construction

Outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick.The Inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. Insulation is compressed rockwool giving a density of 128kg per cubic metre. All parts are fully welded.

Distance to combustibles is 60mm.

Installation Check List

KC twin wall insulated chimney parts are secured together by using a locking band (supplied). Make sure that you keep a distance of 60mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material (wood, plaster board).

Maintenance

It is recommended that chimneys serving solid fuel appliances be swept and maintained as frequently as necessary but at least once a year.
