Easy Refunds and Returns

Not what you wanted or doesn't quite fit, no problem. You can send the items back for a refund, all we ask is that you put a copy of the invoice in the box and a brief message to let us know why.

If you prefer that we arrange this for you , please let us know and we will take care of the collection for you. (Charges apply)

For any returns please call us on 01843-842727 where one of our staff will only be too please to assist you. We offer a 28 day money back guarantee on all our products, so for any reason you decide to return the item you can, No questions, No quibble.

All refunded will be excluding any postage costs we have occurred in delivering and collecting the item.

Should you return goods without notifying S.N.H. Trade Centre we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of such goods, which could incur additional costs to the purchaser.

Sending items back by post!. Please use the postal service that requires a signature our end.

Returns /Faulty Goods Policy

All products supplied by S.N.H automatically come with a minimum12 month retailer’s guarantee. Any guarantee periods longer than this quoted on the web site for particular products are provided by the manufacturer and are not in any way endorsed or backed by us S.N.H We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith, we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with S.N.H. Should the manufacturer become insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.

In some cases the manufacturers provide an after sales team of engineers who will come out and fix any problems that you may have with their products. If such a service exists we will provide you with the telephone number of the manufacturer's after sales team and to speed up the process you can make the necessary arrangements directly with them. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any problems for you. If the manufacturer does not have this facility, they will send out the replacement parts required to rectify the fault. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

If the product has been installed and used for a period of time and no fault is found you will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

Under the distance selling regulations (DSR) you have the right to cancel at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after the delivery of the order.
