Dimplex stove

Most pleased with the product and delivery service. Replacement due to a damaged door was speedy and without any problems. I was kept upto date with emails/txts, and the delivery time was exactly as quoted. I will definately use Snh again, many thanks, Mr Hage, Nottingham.

Great Product/Service

Easy to use website and order procedure with a very efficient delivery schedule ie. 2 days and was delivered within one minute of pre delivery advice given by driver

GREAT FIRE FROM A BRILLIANT SUPPLIER

Fantastic value..........lowest price anywhere; superb delivery both in terms of speed and efficiency; i.e. next day with full tracking info available plus a text to let me know within a 1 hour time slot when the delivery would be made. Only slight criticism of the fire, as with the Springbourne I purchased a week prviously is that I would have liked there to have been more coal.

very easy transaction and item excellent. Goes lovely in my conservatory and heats the room quickly and the fire effect is realistic most people think i've got a log burner. Quick delivery within the hour slot.

Dimplex Tango Electric Stove

Firstly the service and delivery from SNH was fantastic!
I was constantly updated regarding the status of my stove which took less than two days to deliver.
It was also the cheapest on the net by far!
Fire is really nice looking and is a great addition to our 4th reception room in our house.
I am also considering buying another for the gamekeepers house on my estate.
Flames look very realistic and when heater is on it is extremely quiet.

Dimplex Electric Stove - fantastic

I am very pleased with my purchase and cannot rate SNH highly enough - there were absolutely no problems regarding delivery (price of which was extremely reasonable). I was kept informed at every stage and through tracking the order knew exactly what was happening and the delivery company were perfectly within their 1 hour time slot - truly amazing nowadays. Very happy with this fire

I chose this fire after reading quite a few reviews on different sites. It is quiet when on - a factor mentioned in reviews which helped me decide - and gives out a good amount of heat. Delivery and packaging were very good, and I am considering buying another of these fires for our self-catering cottages. It gives a lovely cosy feel and looks as realistic as a fake fire can! It is also light but looks solid. My son particularly like the remote control function, "cool!", and I can see that this would be a useful, if not vital, accessory.

Best deal yet

Great fire for the price and the flame effect is very realistic, best price I found, has been much admired by friends and family. Delivery was second to none, advised it would arrive between a 1 hour slot and delivered just 4 minutes into the hour period, will certainly recommend you, and if requiring another fire in the future would come back to you.

Realistic

Purchased this as a centre piece for lounge mainly for the flame effect which I must say is amazingly realistic, the fire is also very quiet and really makes the room look cosy. Priced this fire up in the main stores at 159.99 home base and argos so at the price it was the fire was a bargain. Delivery service was also excellent giving delivery time in a 1 hour slot.
