We are very pleased with this stove, and with out dealings with snh. Dimplex were somewhat mean about the quantity of coals supplied, but we added some of our own and it now looks like a real coal-burning stove. It is great to have the option of using it with the doors open or closed - this is not always possible on single-door designs.
