Springbourne fire

Told by DPD to phone after 11am .Goods turned up at 10 45 unannounced Good job I was in ! .Poor coordination from DPD .Told driver.who said it happens all the time .DPD need to improve on this .

Remote did not work .Sticker says passed QC (in China)-obviously didnt !
Phoned Dimplex who replaced next day .

Now very happy with fire .SNH very competitive price .

Makes me happy

The little fire is brililant - we put it into the fireplace that we can't use for an open fire. It's better than nothing and gives the room a nice atmosphere. My partner really didn't like it to start with as it is obviously artificial but he now switches it on every night as well! Overall very happy with price and delivery - I did look around the internet quite a bit and can absolutely recommend this one.

love the fire ,got it for our conservatory looks lovely,it's freezing outside this morning had the fire on and takes the chill off nicely so we can now use the room all year round,brilliant service 5 stars all the way

Dimplex optiflame fire

This was purchased to give some extra background heat in our conservatory and as such was an ideal purchase. It throws out a good amount of heat from underneath the fire which is boosted by quite a noisy fan (though you do eventually get used to the noise).

It is very attractive looking and quite small, so ideal for a smallish room the optiflame effect looks just like real flames and with that and the glow from the coals is enough to almost make you believe it is the real thing.

All in all a very good buy.
