Product good but packaging damaged

I ordered this fireside companion set as a birthday present for my boyfriend as he has recently installed a woodburner.
I was impressed with the price and I liked the fact that it had wood tongues, not a usual item in these sets.
The delivery arrived within a few days as expected however I was disappointed with how damaged the packaging was.
Normally this wouldn't be an issue but as a present it made it look cheap. I would suggest a stronger box is needed to hold these heavy tools.

Looks great, contemporary but at affordable price. Hiccup in delivery, after 7 days of no receipt it took a telephone call to prompt them to send it - great news it arrived the next day.

Modern Companion Set perfectly suited for wood burner

This was purchased as a present for my other half as we had recently installed a wood burner. This companion set sits alongside the stove in perfect harmony, both functional and pleasing on the eye - and my other half is hard to please!!

Strong tools, accurate picture

WYSIWYG. Good tool set, especially for a wood burner; seems to be unusual in having log tool instead of coal tongs. Excellent service from easy to use site with wide choice - probably something for everyone. I would use this again. N Ireland seems to count as Scotland (not Highlands and Islands) for postage.
