No great for a solid working fire, but fine for show

This is a small companion set which is great for my small hearth and fire. It looks ok but I dont find it to be fully functional for a solid fire. The brush is useless (like in most companion sets that Ive seen) and the shovel/pan is not much better as the lip on the pan is too thick to brush anything onto. There was also a small chip to the base. In the future I'll spend a bit more to get a good quality companion set but this is ok for me at the moment

Shame about the brush.

We ordered this smaller set as most companion sets looked too big next to our small fireplace. This set is ideal size. Quality not too bad except for the brush which is next to useless.

fire side conpanion set

First Class Service

I purchased a fireside companion set which was delivered very quickly but unfortunately arrived with some damage but was immediately replaced following my phone call. SNH are a first class company to do buisiness with. Ordering was easy, I was kept notified of the progress of the delivery which was very quick as was the replacement of the damaged item. Sarah was very helpful and a credit to the company. I am very pleased with the product as well.

Really good fireside companion set

It's really compact and sweet, I had been looking for a shorter companion set for ages,(they are normally much taller than this one) so pleased I found this one, it looks just right at the side of my wood burner.
