This fire showed a lot of interest in our showroom, with customers having a really good look at the different scenes that is avaiable, most agreed the best are the fish and the dying embers, as it had built in speakers you have the sound of a fire and a fish tank, good for a while but we turned it off. The heaty comes from the left and right hand side of the fire that actually feels like it is coming from the fire . This fire is a plug and play install, just unpack screw the bracket to the wall and off you go, within 10 minutes of opeing the box it will be running and looking the part in your home.

Can I use a 13amp plug to use this.

I am considering buying one of these. I get conflicting views on installation. Some say it needs to be hard wired to a fused switch, some say that you can plug and go. It will only be used as a show piece the fire itself will not be used. Can you advise me please? Regards. Roger Deacon.
