Unused to date but satisfactory

Impressed by tracking service pre delivery
Unfortunately when delivered found damaged. Notified immediately. The next day damaged goods were collected and new order delivered.
That was impressive.

Looks exactly like on Web site

Am very pleased with fire basket - it looks exaclty like it does on the website and the very heavy construction gives it a feeling of quality.

Have not yet had a fire in this hot weather so can not comment on how well finish will last once in use but certainly looks great in our fire place.

cromwell basket

i purchased and received this basket extremely quick considering where i stay ( north scotland). excellent value for money, very helpful staff. i would definately recomend this company to anyone!

Mainly great only one small niggle

Very fast delivery. Great quality product & exactly what I ordered. Niggle is the massive box it came in (much too big) and the large amount of rubbish that was in the box. One piece of moulded polystyrene around the item (necessary) then tape roll, paper & blocks of polystyrene just rattling around in the box not doing anything constructive at all.

Will definitely use again though.

my beautiful firewood

beautiful holder for the firing wood, dont know the name in english, but looks amazing and the price was very reasonable. excellent comunication system. accurate estimate of delivery with email to advise of it. brilliant seller.
