Dimplex Detroit elec. fire DTT20

Ordered this fire on a Friday and it arrived at exactly time time predicted on the Tuesday.
Very courtious/helpful delivery man brought it into the lounge for me. I am thrilled with this fire it is excellent and looks lovely with the coals on and the flames are so realistic it makes you feel cosy even without the heat on and is nice and quiet even when it is on.

SNH highly recommended

After having purchased a Dimplex Detroit electric fire from B&Q online I stumbled accross the SNH webisite who had the same fire but it was over £80 cheaper. I immediately cancelled my order with B&Q and ordered one from SNH. My fire was delivered in 3 days. From start to finish my dealings with SNH were 1st class. Very fast delivery, an excellent tracking service and a great product. WELL DONE SNH ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent service and product

Could not fault this company from order to delivery. As I ordered a few days before Christmas I did not expect to receive the item however to my delight it turned up 48hrs later. The communication regarding delivery was great and the exact time slot was great it turned up right on time amazing ! The fire was easy to install and looks great at a bargain price. Would definitely use again.

detroit fire

very pleased with this fire, the effect of the optiflame is brilliant. It looks like real flames and is a lovely feature in the surround, it makes the room look so inviting and having both coals and pebbles I have a choice, so its coal now for xmas and pebbles in the summer!! would recommend this fire to everyone I can guarantee you wont be disappointed. good looking fire a little bit tinny when touched but looks very nice, very real look flame only downside is its a little bit noisey when the heater is on , overall would recomend this product.
