new fire

very happy with new electric fire
looks great in living room - looks alot more expensive than it was!
dead easy to install - just plug it in!

dimplex castillo freestanding flame fire

Cannot fault anything. Delivery came when it said it would, fire was easy to install less than 5 minutes. Looks good and just the flame on without the heat makes the room feel cosy. Everyone who comes round loves it, real focal point of the room.

Delighted !

The fire is a lovely focal point and addition to my sitting room. It is very efficient ood certainly value for money. Much admired by friends . I did not want to block off the fireplace competely, but it sits flat to the wall and being connected through the back, there is no wire connection on view.
Service from SNH cannot be faulted.

A great service throughout.....

Fire is good quality and a great price, looks lovely in my lounge and with a choice of coals or pebbles for 2 different looks is a great idea. Easy to install, took just 5 mins as we have it freestanding against our fire surround...

Excellent Service & Fantastic Fireplace
