delivery on time and quallity of fire very good but have noticed audible noise when heater is switched onto 1 and 2 kw settings. Is this normal? Otherwise your service and delivery was first class as well as having a competative price.

Wow delivery WAS next day as promised. Have had 1 before so i now that the quality is up to scratch, i bought a b and q fire , had to through it away, there is cheap and there is cheap, for just over £100 you can go wrong with Dimplex
