I found this company via google as my local fire company wanted £378 for the same fire...! The ordering process was very clear and the delivery was very quick. Sadly the first fire turned up damaged but one quick simple phonecall to snh was all it took to get a replacement sent out in no time and the damaged one collected. The damage was down to the courier NOT snh but they totally looked after me and made sure a new fire was sent out as quick as possible. An excellent 1st class buying experience and a lovely fire.

This is a great fire!

This is a great fire. It looks super and gives the lounge a really cosy feel. It is simple to install and is great value for many. I can highly recommend the Charlbury in every way.
