Dealing with SNH shows how Internet buying should be- Excellent service from beginning to end.
The Stove itself is excellent and is good value for money. Only one flaw, the motor which drives the flame effect is a little bit noisy.

Great product

The flame effect really makes you feel warm and with the heaters on the room warms up quickly.The fan is not too intrusive, all in all a great little stove.

Just like home!

Having grown up in a house with a solid fuel fire providing a focal point to the lounge my daughter realised that her new flat was going to be missing something - not the dust and the faff but the appearance of warmth given by flames. Having looked around at various options she chose this Dimplex Brayford heater and is absolutely thrilled with it.
Delivery was brilliant and very quick with snh charging their standard rate even though we live on the Isle of Wight - Thank you very much for this! The fire was well packed and it was also the cheapest price we found anywhere.

A Cracking Little Fire For a Good Price

We bought this small fire because we wanted a flame effect in our modern house. It is just the right size and will fit in most places. It has a 'flame only' option, which is mainly what we use to create a cosy atmosphere in the living room. With a quick, hassle-free delivery service, our fire arrived in two days. Assembly was minimal as we simply took it out of the box and plugged it in. So easy and convenient! I would buy from this company again, and recommend this fire to others as it is an attractive product at an excellent price.
