Excellent

Excellent service. Ordered fire on a Monday and it arrived on the Thursday within the hour time slot given. Really pleased with fire. Only complaint was one of the log's was loose so took a few screws out and replaced it rather than return it.

Operation & Working of the Bach Fire

We found the fire was easy to instal and also to use. Once set up it looks just like a real fire in all manner of operation. A very good top Quality Product.

Dimplex Bach Electric fire

Very pleased with the product. Easy to fit and the flame effect is very realistic. There is a little background noise from the fan but it is easy to ignore. A very good feature fire without the hassle or cost of installing gas.

Dimplex bach BCH20 electric fire

I did the research on this fire, also went to see it in local store working, so new what I was going to get. found SNH online no one could beat them for price, I was a bit wary of spending that much money online with a company I did not know, no need to worry they were superb in every way, with e-mails & texts to keep me uptodate. ordered the fire on 23rd oct delivered on 25th as they had advised, delivery agent DPD advised del between 9.30 to 10.30 arrived 9.45 i need say no more.

Bach dimplex fire

Very satisfied but did not realise that this type of fire being a fan heater would be as noisey as it is. In hindsight I think i should have gone for a convector fire
